We have just launched our first set of creative activity workshops for care home, day clubs and community settings. It’s been lovely to see the creations so far!

Our creative workshops include fabric stamping and fabric designs, card making, painting for mindfulness and mixed media scenes to name just a few. We offer group creative activity sessions as well as one-to-ones. 

 

Our next set of workshops will be launching at the beginning of March.

These are seated exercise and seated dance sessions - great fun and enjoyable for all!

 

All of our workshop sessions are dementia friendly and my ethos is to bring inclusivity, humour, fun and kindness to everything I do and everyone we support.
